Amazing work. Had a huge issue on the motorway with the gearbox and transfer box. This didn't defeat Jo and his colleague Lewis. They tried something in house, and then a specialist. Well worth the wait. They didn't stop at any of the obstacles to get me back on the road. Well worth the graft, time and patience they had put into it. Communication was great throughout and they delivered. I've been lucky to have some nice cars, and they always make sure the car is fixed, looked after and in showroom condition on collection.Thanks Wheels MOT

They are terrible the part they charged me 800 for the part for a parking sensors they gave the wrong part when I took it to another garage they said it wasn't even a parking sensors when I asked for a receipt Joe wouldn't give to me he didn't refund me he deliberately gave me the wrong part they are dishonest people I'm never ever gonna come to that garage ever again please avoid this garage they are a bunch of crooks

Really great service from all the team. I was recommended this garage after being let down by another ‘big name’ garage on several occasions. The staff here are very polite, keep you informed of progress on your car and diagnosed the fault and were quick with the repair. So far no issues with the work they have done. My dad brings my car for any type of work that needs done on it to this garage. My rear dash cam came off a few months ago and I told myself I’d put it back later, but obviously later never came. We dropped the car off for an MOT recently and when we picked it up, we found that Jack had kindly reattached it for us, free of charge. Little acts of kindness like that make the world of difference, and that’s why we always come back here. Consistently great service!

This garage has been my go-to place to get my car sorted out for over the last 5 years, and you simply will not find any better place.After carrying out diagnostics, they will repair what is needed by asking your permission, and anything which is slightly worn and torn but not yet at the stage where replacement is required, they will tell you that too. They will not rip you off!Reasonably priced too.As long as they never let me down in future, I would continue to use them and would not hesitate to recommend them either.

I visited Wheels yesterday to resolve an AC issue and Adblue injector problem. If I say the service received was excellent, that would be an understatement. All the staff were so friendly, polite and professional. They are a business who understand the art of customer service and positive regard for the customer. I had the ac issue resolved and received an honest option on the adblue injector issue. Rather than just charge me for a new injector they showed me the potential problem and took the approach of assessing severity and deciding to monitor to see if it actually is an issue. They also went over an above to advise on items that I should keep an eye on. Overall, a brilliant garage, cannot recommend enough. There was a time when all businesses were like this, sadly few and far between now.

Hi all, revisited Wheels MOT Centre on 2nd May 2024, for an MOT. Joe initially took the call. I needed an urgent MOT, he kindly assisted and booked me in 1st thing at 9.15. John is the chap thats been doing my MOT's but was busy dealing with another motor. Said not to worry, Jack will get onto mine. Jack another happy face. I left the site and went to a cafe across the road. After an hour later they called me all ready to go. These guys are on the ball always ready to greet and assist. Wont go anywhere else. Feel so blessed they are my local. You guys rock. Thank you for all the years of service. Not forgetting the lovely lady that answer the calls. Kindest regards, Ki.Hello to all. Had to do this review for a first class business. Took my car in on 6th June 2020 @ around 2pm. Walked through the main door and was greeted by a gentle, I think, Martin. Who was actually on lunch break. He then introduced me to, John. My motor which is a Ford Focus estate, Mark 1. 20 Year old car. The idle was up and down. Down causing the motor to nearly cut out and then jumping up to high idling where I felt the choke was jammed. They took interest in my car like it was their own. I googled the problem my motor was suffering. Search came up with number of related problems. Fuel pump, ECU etc. John asked me to leave motor with them. Said they will look it over. I waited across the road in Burger King. Probably for an hour and doing my personal paper work etc. John then called and said they checked leads, spark plugs but left one due to lead difficult to remove and did not want to cause any damage. They had also located problem. Said it was a split air hose. He gave me a very reasonable price to fix. Said they had to wait for part top arrive. He said it would be done before close of business. I was happy to continue to wait. I felt at ease and in very good hands. Half hour before closing they called and said it was ready. I made my way down and once again greeted by staff who were just happy to assist. John also gave me the damaged hose so I can see the damage for myself. He said car will drive much better and will be much more cost effective on fuel. When I drove motor out onto the road, I hardly had to press the fuel pedal. The car drove like knew. Guys just to say thank you for such an awesome experience and getting my motor running as it should. You guys are genuine, honest and know your stuff. Your confidence shines. I’m having some repair works done by them on my 5 series and they’ve been so good to my dad who’s been dealing with them. Very polite, welcoming and warmStaff (that includes the office admin staff too who I’ve had dealings with)So far they’ve managed to fix most issues, they’ve also identified new issues that other mechanics elsewhere would have seen previously and didn’t bother disclosing due to how expensive it maybe and they’ve just not bothered - but wheels staff and mechanic are very neutral and honest.

MOT service center with a difference, they offer a 'no pass, no fee' policy on most modern cars and charge £40 for the MOT for regular cars.A nice comfy waiting area in the office, which has air conditioning (great in this heat wave).I noticed they offered really sound advice to all the other customers passing through, a lot seemed to be known to them so must be regular customers.This will be my regular go to place from now on.

I had my car booked for MOT, service and brakes, my first contact there was Suzi, so helpful all the way through, all the staffs were very friendly, my car MOT was carried out by Jack, after the MOT, jack came to me and said, car has passed with the flying colours and said to me, the brakes do not need changing now, as there is over 30% wear still left, so he saved me money there and on service he said I have only done 4000 miles since my last service, and he said I can do another 3/4000 miles before need the service. Where would you find honest people like them in this day and age? I feel so happy, and I can not praise them enough, so honest and trustworthy, I would definitely recommend Wheels MOT Centre to all my friends, relatives and neighbors. Got a puncture in Beehive Lane and cruised into the garage.They fixed the puncture very quickly, balanced the wheel and then set about checking the pressures of the other tyres. No other tyre establishment has ever done this.Will get all tyres fixed here in future.Am gutted that the service and MOT was booked elsewhere so will come back next year.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Thanks guys.

Took my car last week for radiator fan repair. The technician was able to spot the fault correctly straightaway and checked with the supplier if the parts were available in stock. Gave me a reasonable transparent quote, and repaired the fault on the same day. Friendly, professional and trustworthy, and would be happy to go there again.Review below added (further experience to the above):I had a minor repair (car heater wasn’t working) done last year at this place but unfortunately the part failed just before a year of the repair. When I took it for the repair again this time, the manager, as usual, was really very professional about it. He offered to look at it and undertook the repair free of charge as he felt it was covered under warranty, even without any prompting. He was very amicable and polite about it; no fuss at all. This has really increased my trust and confidence in the garage. As such, I have been using this garage for few years now and they have never disappointed me. I feel all the staff (reception and technicians) are very professional and friendly, and I feel very comfortable to use their services. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good garage for car repairs or other services. Thank you, all staff.(10 December 2020)

I've heard great things about Wheels in the past. I originally went to them earlier in the summer with a brake disc and pad query. Their advice was very professional and honest and at no point did i think these were cowboys trying to make some money out of me.This previous experience, led me to use them for a tyre puncture recently. Their service yet again was very punctual, professional and friendly. They fixed the issue at a good price and resolved another issue i had free of charge as a gesture of good will.I will definitely be using them again!

So called, they were fully booked, did manage to squeeze me in, which I really appreciated, then got a call saying that someone has cancelled, which worked perfectly for me, saved the waiting around. They had an office area, where you can sit and wait, which was quite warm, staff were all polite and extremely professional, I would recommend and definitely will be going back in the future.

Was looking to do a MOT at short notice and called this garage. They told me to come in 15 mins which was ideal for me and the procedure was straight forward. Came in and dropped my car off and went for a hair cut across the road. Normally I wouldn’t leave my car out of sight while it’s in the garage but I trust this garage even though I could have waited in the waiting room. After 45 mins got a call to say the car was ready and by then I was free to collect the car. These guys were very polite and professional and will use them regular now for mine and my wife’s car. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Jack was extremely helpful as he gave me advice and checked my tyres again to let me know how much depth I left in them. Overall a great experience and thank you to all. 😊

My car was very poorly but Wheels nurtured it back to health with patience, care and skill. They were efficient, polite and explained what they were doing and what it would cost every step of the way so that I could make an informed decision. The owner even took time out to draw me diagrams of the engine insides so that I would understand precisely what the issue might be and what my options were. And they weren’t expensive either. I’m back on the road and cannot praise them highly enough. So if you’re looking for a garage that treats you as they would their own family Wheels is the place to go.

I have been using Wheels for 23 yrs. Joe, John and the team are one of the most honest people in the trade and have the utmost integrity. The work they carry out is fairly priced, they inform you of all options upfront and through out the repairs, they don't blind side you with unnecessary work, they do whatever they can to help you as a customer and in turn I receive the best customer service in the business. Took my car here because they are near to my home and had good reviews. They diagnosed my fault and had rung me before I was even halfway home. I've been to other garages before and none have gone the extra mile to make sure my car is fit for the road. They explained everything to me in full before I paid just so I knew where my money was going. They even took pictures of each bit that they needed to fix and why it needed to be done and everything was done at a very reasonable price. Thank you!
